Group Head of Legal (Durban)

We are a rapidly expanding startup that needs a Group Head of Legal to develop and implement the company’s legal strategy to support international expansion. The role includes managing and negotiating a wide range of business contracts, overseeing compliance with global regulatory requirements, and managing relationships with external law firms across multiple jurisdictions. The Group Head of Legal will also provide legal risk assessments to the CEO and management team, lead dispute resolution and regulatory investigations, and support corporate structuring and M&A activities. Responsibilities also include developing legal policies and procedures and training the internal team in their contract management, compliance, legal administration and litigation tasks.
