- Conduct daily throughput testing to ensure SMS deliverability across AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon.
- Review testing reports meticulously, documenting findings in spreadsheets and internal tracking systems.
- Escalate identified issues or anomalies to Production leadership for resolution.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in following structured testing procedures.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and documentation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Work Environment and Setup:
- Work independently in a remote, fast-paced production setting.
- Utilize provided company laptop and three Android devices for testing across multiple carriers.
- Maintain reliable internet and adequate cell reception to perform live message testing.
