Payor Implementations Manager

Lead implementations of Parachute’s Payor Suite, connecting health plans with suppliers and health systems to ensure timely servicing and peace of mind for health plan members. Serve as the primary point of contact for health plan stakeholders during the onboarding process. Employ project management skills to ensure all partners follow best practices, deliver on time, and make full use of the tools available. Dig deep on process and recommend workflow solutions to streamline client operations and improve the user experience. Retain clients by using feedback and data to identify at-risk behaviors and proactively engage with clients to provide solutions. Roll-up your sleeves to lead demos & trainings tailored for each partner and ensure users have appropriate support. Become an expert in Parachute Platform interoperability, connecting directing with health plans, benefit managers, suppliers and clinicians to create a closed loop system so nothing falls through the cracks. Serve as a trusted guide to partners by clarifying how Parachute fits within broader digital health and EMR landscapes, helping them navigate the intersection of policy, technology, and operations. Identify and execute on process improvements to make the onboarding and transformation process more effective, involving close collaboration with Customer Success, Account Management, Product Marketing, and other teams. Influence the development of a new product in the healthcare ecosystem by providing actionable feedback to our product teams, be a key contributor in shaping the future of Parachute’s Payor Suite.
