Senior SaaS Solutions Architect

The Senior SaaS Solutions Architect will design and build tailored AI-driven workflows that align with customer support objectives, leveraging decision trees and natural language interfaces. They will also lead onboarding sessions to gather business requirements and define project goals. This role involves acting as the primary technical point of contact for clients, identifying and mitigating project risks, and guiding UAT with clients to ensure functional and experience goals are met. Additionally, they will participate in platform and user training sessions, coordinate SaaS implementation projects, and collaborate on multiple projects concurrently to balance technical execution and client alignment.
