Auditor Enablement Manager

As an Audit Partner Ops and Enablement (AEM) at Vanta, you’ll ensure audit firms providing attestation services to our customers are well-versed in the Vanta platform. Audit partners are critical to our business as we scale. As the first hire in this role, you will be hyperfocused in making sure our partners stay current on Vanta’s functionality and have what they need to conduct efficient, high-quality audits. We’re looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership and a bias for action — someone who will help us think critically about how to best enable auditors on the Vanta platform. You’ll become an expert on the Vanta auditor experience to train partners and troubleshoot product issues, furthermore, you will Own the Vanta Audit Academy and all educational material for audit firms.
