Design and implement the core AI agent runtime in Python, including orchestration loops, tool definitions, memory, and failure handling.
Build and maintain evaluation systems with automated evaluators and LLM-as-judge pipelines.
Analyze agent traces, refine prompts, and run model comparisons to improve performance.

Requirements:

6+ years of backend development experience with strong LLM agent development.
Proficiency in Python, Node.js, MySQL, and AWS.
Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and SaaS architecture.
