Role Overview:
- Location: Remote
- Schedule: 1st Shift (8a–5p), Monday–Friday
- Compensation: $95k-$110k (annually)
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage escalations and quality incidents
- Act as the key technical contact during major incident and problem management events
- Maintain a structured cadence of onsite visits, remote check‑ins, and internal alignment meetings
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years in an MSP operational role
- Strong, well‑rounded technical foundation in IT infrastructure
