About the Role:
- We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to collaborate on the design, automation, and management of our cloud-based infrastructure on AWS.
- You will work closely with our engineering teams to streamline software compilation, delivery, and operational processes.
What You'll Do:
- Automate and manage cloud environments, with a primary focus on AWS, and lead the International DevOps team.
- Design, deploy, and maintain systems for metrics, logging, and monitoring, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, implement disaster recovery and high availability strategies, and enforce security configurations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience building, deploying, and operating highly scalable infrastructure in a security-conscious cloud environment, with experience supporting Tier 1 financial institutions a strong plus.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, scripting (Terraform, Python, Bash), and AWS services, with 3-5+ years in a senior or lead capacity.
