Senior Staff DevOps Engineer

Technical Leadership:

• Serve as a technical authority for production Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
• Influence architecture decisions and engineering standards across globally distributed teams.
• Mentor Staff, Senior, and mid-level engineers to raise engineering standards.

Infrastructure and Automation:

• Design and operate large-scale, cloud-native SaaS infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and GitOps practices using Terraform and ArgoCD.
• Advance AI-assisted and agentic automation across DevOps and SRE workflows.

Reliability and Security:

• Improve SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and incident response in a 24x7 environment.
• Implement secure platform controls aligned with PCI DSS and other compliance requirements.
• Own service mesh capabilities for secure service-to-service communication and observability.
