Own the infrastructure that powers APAS's AI products as the first dedicated DevOps hire.
Stand up cloud environment, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring from scratch using infrastructure as code.
Work closely with the data and engineering team to keep infrastructure performant and secure.

Must Have:

5+ years hands-on DevOps experience, ideally at an early-stage startup where you built infra from scratch.
Real production experience with AWS and/or Azure, with judgment to close out the AWS vs. Azure decision.
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipeline design, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux administration.

Nice to Have:

Experience with graph databases or triple stores (GraphDB, Jena, Neo4j).
Background in regulated industries (gov contracting, utilities, healthcare) with FedRAMP/StateRAMP/SOC2 exposure.
Cost-optimization experience for lean startups and multi-region infrastructure planning.
