Job Description
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead one or more delivery teams building pricing execution solutions for brand manufacturers, drive clarity on business value to inform decisions and priorities, balance immediate roadmap needs with long-term technical vision, and champion disciplined engineering practices. Within the broader organization, you will serve as a force multiplier by raising the bar for engineering excellence, developing people and processes, and influencing other leaders to adopt best practices. Supervisory responsibilities include directly managing a distributed team of 4–7 engineers, mentor and develop team members, and set goals.
