Product Manager

Cordros Securities Limited is seeking a Product Manager to manage and optimize its digital investment products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams in driving product visibility, introduce new features, and provide data-driven insights to ensure competitive, high-performing offerings that aligns with our customer’s needs. Responsibilities include ensuring the App and Trading portal works at optimum capacity, introducing new features, engaging with stakeholders to drive app penetration, proposing incentives, preparing data-driven reports, developing periodic surveys, and staying updated with market trends. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 4-6 years of product management experience (preferably in financial services), experience managing digital products, hands-on experience with analytics tools, and involvement in product launches. Key skills include a strong understanding of financial markets, familiarity with digital product management, knowledge of UX principles, proficiency in data analytics, and awareness of market trends.
