About the Role:
- We're looking for an exceptional Senior Designer to shape and elevate the Mars Men brand as we scale.
- You'll work across brand identity, campaigns, websites, product launches, retail, and digital marketing.
What You'll Do:
- Design across the full brand ecosystem, balancing storytelling with commercial objectives.
- Concept and execute creative for major campaigns from ideation through final production.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining high craft and detail.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of brand, digital, or multidisciplinary design experience, ideally in DTC or eCommerce.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating taste, craft, and range across brand and digital.
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite with strong UX and eCommerce understanding.
