Lead AI Dataloop and Release Engineer

About the Role:

• You will enable deployment of next-gen AI models through a comprehensive data strategy for training, simulation, and release.
• You'll lead a team of data and infrastructure engineers in a safety-critical aviation environment.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the data strategy spanning model training, simulation, and production deployment.
• Own end-to-end data pipelines, including collection, labeling, curation, versioning, and delivery.
• Partner with safety and certification teams to establish data quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of engineering experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale distributed training infrastructure like GPU/TPU clusters.
• Deep understanding of simulation pipelines and safety-critical systems.
