Operations Specialist

Collaborates and or leads on end-to-end project planning and execution for key Ops initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with priorities. Acts as a liaison between Operations, Engineering, Ecommerce, and Compliance to streamline workflows, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment on key deliverables. Collaborates with a cross-functional team to identify growth opportunities, develop plans, and execute impactful initiatives that improve business outcomes. Uses data analysis tools to identify insights, inform decision-making, and track performance metrics; identifies inefficiencies, implements process improvements, and introduces scalable solutions to improve operational workflows.
