About the role:
- Join the Data & AI Governance team to build a scalable, business-owned operating model for master data management.
- High-impact opportunity to shape a governed data foundation across vendor, customer, and product domains.
About your tasks:
- Lead MDM initiatives from design to adoption with a focus on automation and human-in-the-loop validation.
- Establish recurring data quality management including profiling, benchmarking, cleansing, and remediation workflows.
- Connect different domains through continuous improvement and federated governance.
About you:
- Senior hands-on experience building MDM operating models in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Implemented or configured platforms like CluedIn, Profisee, or Informatica MDM.
- Experience with Microsoft data ecosystem (Azure Databricks, Purview, Fabric) is a strong plus.
