This role will lead marketing initiatives for direct-to-customer channels, including e-commerce and inside sales programs, driving awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for direct business channels.
Conduct A/B testing on offers, landing pages, and creative to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Manage campaign workflows, including segmentation, lead nurturing, and automated email journeys using HubSpot.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and Excel is needed.
