Senior Engineering Manager, Grafana Frontend

The Opportunity:

• Grafana is an open-source observability platform shaping user experience from dashboards to navigation.
• As Senior Engineering Manager, lead the Frontend Platform and Navigation squads.
• Use Cloud-first rollout and experimentation to learn quickly and bring improvements to OSS and Enterprise.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be accountable for the performance of two distributed squads: set clear expectations, delegate effectively, coach and develop each team member.
• Own hiring and team planning across both squads, aligning team capacity and skills with product priorities.
• Lead discovery with squads, engage with customers and community, and use insights to shape roadmaps.
