The Opportunity:
- As a Manager of Solutions Engineering for Majors, you will build and manage a team of high-performing Solution Engineers.
- You will own regional build-out with sales leaders, adopt OSS GTM strategies, and develop new ones.
- Work with Customer Experience, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to drive customer success and influence the roadmap.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Attract, recruit, ramp, and mentor a diverse team of Presales SE’s with a coaching mindset.
- Executive sponsorship of key accounts and thought leadership to customers and internally.
- Partner with Sales leadership on funnel programs, marketing initiatives, and community events.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Located in the US with 5+ years in high tech (Developer, Sales Engineer, Manager, etc.).
- Experience mentoring, developing people, and managing performance.
- Direct experience in monitoring/data/visualization products and DevOps is a plus.
