Mortgage Loan Officer

About the Role:

• As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will originate home loans for customers from Zillow's ecosystem, guiding them from first contact to funding.
• You will operate in either a high-volume, phone-based environment or a consultative, market-based model, depending on your strengths.

What You'll Do:

• Manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing, ensuring compliance and proactive follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with customers and agents, leveraging Zillow's CRM and data-driven tools.
• Partner with centralized teams to move loans efficiently and deliver a consistent customer experience.

Who You Are:

• You have 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with a focus on purchase transactions and active NMLS licensing.
• You are located near Washington DC and are comfortable in a structured, metrics-driven environment.
• You possess strong communication, time management, and pipeline management skills.
