Manages chemotherapy, side effects, and patient symptoms proactively through assessment and intervention.
Works with patients and families to explain disease processes and treatment plans, addressing clinical and psychosocial issues.
Documents all care activities in real-time within the electronic medical record system.

Qualifications:

Requires graduation from an accredited RN Nursing program and an active RN license in the state of employment.
Minimum of two years of oncology experience and five years of overall nursing experience are mandatory.
Must have excellent critical thinking, independent work capability in a remote setting, and strong computer skills including data entry and Excel.

Logistics:

Standard workdays are Monday through Friday, commonly 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, with flexibility based on business needs and time zones.
Occasional travel is required, specifically to the Fort Myers area for an annual company meeting.
