Responsibilities:
- Engage in telephonic and virtual interactions with patients.
- Serve as a clinical resource to ensure therapy adherence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed on brand-specific guidelines.
Expectations:
- Travel up to 25% as needed for customer interactions or business meetings.
- Full time position working 5 days a week ~ 45 hours per week.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Actively licensed registered nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP).
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a combination of education and patient care experience.
- Comfortable using virtual communication platforms and electronic documentation systems.
