Senior Product Manager, Data Enablement

Job overview:

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Omada’s enterprise analytics including governance, shared definitions, and enablement tooling.
• Accountable for ensuring that teams across Product, Clinical, Commercial, Operations, and Finance can ask and answer critical business questions quickly, consistently, and with high trust in the underlying data.
• Act as the central product owner for Omada’s analytics ecosystem, setting clear standards and driving adoption across the company.

About you:

• Years of experience with data technology and data management, including familiarity with modern data warehousing technologies, Cloud technologies, Business intelligence and analytics tools, Data governance frameworks and data quality management.
• Subject matter expertise in enterprise analytics governance, data product management, or analytics enablement
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and reconcile opposing viewpoints to drive consensus
