Product Manager - Data

Essential Functions:

• Define and own the product vision.
• Partner with data engineering teams to prioritize and deliver scalable data infrastructure.
• Translate complex data and analytics requirements into clear, actionable user stories.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years leading on the product and analytics side.
• At least 3 years of experience building data and analytics products at an enterprise level.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, data lakehouse architectures, or equivalent big data platforms.

Success Milestones:

• 30 days: Gain a deep understanding of Lumin Digital’s product portfolio.
• 90 days: Take ownership of key data product initiatives, contributing to roadmap prioritization.
• 1 year: Deliver impactful data products that demonstrate measurable improvements in client adoption.
