Position Summary:

  • We are looking for an experienced Intelligence Analyst to join our Global Instant Messaging client’s Trust & Safety team.
  • You will support a 24/7 intelligence operation and be responsible for identifying, investigating, and assessing threats and trends.
  • This is a fully remote role based in the Australian Western Standard Time zone, working standard business hours on a rotating schedule.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

  • Use all-source intelligence to monitor security incidents and trends within the client’s areas of operation.
  • Support the client’s trust and safety function to monitor and respond to issues impacting rehearsed procedures.
  • Maintain visibility on employee movements and advise accordingly through required reporting methods.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to interpret, organize, and visualize data with high-level competency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to determine how geopolitical and security threats could impact private sector operations, travellers, and sites.
  • Strong analytical flair with ability to provide rigorous, creative insights into complex situations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Security, Intelligence, Risk, Geopolitics, or related disciplines; Master’s preferred.
  • At least 1-3 years' experience in an intelligence or customer-focused role in geopolitical risk, corporate security, government, law enforcement, or similar.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills preferred.
