Senior Learning Experience Designer

Jane is looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer to join Jane’s Learning & Development (L&D) team on a maternity leave contract. As part of the People Team, the L&D function exists to help Janers grow faster than Jane - supporting our people as they expand their skills, evolve their careers, and help the helpers. You’ll join a small and mighty team of learning and knowledge professionals who partner with teams across Jane - Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing, Design and beyond - to identify skill gaps and create meaningful learning experiences that drive business impact. This is a senior hands-on design and execution role. You’ll translate strategy into learning programs, create engaging learning experiences, and partner deeply with stakeholders to ensure that learning supports both career growth and business performance.
