Job Description
Be the primary owner dedicated to a group of Clarity AI’s clients. Deliver a Gold Standard Experience (fast, smart, concise, human, accurate, and informed) to your assigned clients and internal stakeholders. Build trusted relationships with your clients by becoming a subject matter expert, as well as topics such as ESG, Impact and relevant regulations. Drive commercial conversations with your clients, searching for ways in which Clarity AI can deliver more value for them. Lead projects to implement/improve processes and solutions that benefit your clients and peers. Deliver regular outbound campaigns on new products and features. Provide guidance on topics important to clients, such as ESG, Impact, or Clarity AI’s methodologies.
