Job Description
Help drive production of future releases for Destiny 2, ensuring that they ship great player experiences on time and within budget. Maintain a well understood pipeline and schedule for product area. Drive regular learnings and evaluation of in-development content to measure and ensure player experience. Help drive milestone goals and schedules for one of the content teams, in conjunction with the wider Production Team and the game development timeline. Facilitate communication and collaboration, and manage dependencies across multiple disciplines, teams, and stakeholders. Help iterate on production processes to continuously improve velocity, collaboration, and visibility. Work within a dedicated production team and use independent judgment when necessary.
