GoodUnited is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager who is a growth strategist and AI-native operator to lead digital acquisition and funnel optimization. This role is hands-on and high-impact, requiring a blend of AI tools, marketing automation, and website optimization platforms to drive measurable pipeline. The focus will be on increasing and converting website traffic through SEO, SEM, paid media, content creation, and conversion rate optimization, leveraging tools like HubSpot and Webflow to execute campaigns. The role reports to the U.S.-based Director of Growth and collaborates across content, outbound, and sales to build and scale an integrated funnel that drives revenue.
