Job Description
This remote position is responsible for, as a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA), working as a liaison between key business stakeholders and the Information Technology (IT) department. BSAs are responsible for working with stakeholders to understand their business needs and working with IT partners to evaluate, estimate, plan, and implement solutions that meet the business needs, goals and objectives. Responsibilities include performing project discovery, developing budget estimates, eliciting and documenting business requirements, facilitating requirements reviews, and transforming needs into testable requirements. They will lead teams, model processes, manage traceability, selecting solutions, define acceptance criteria, and leading special committees to improve processes.
