Director of Legal

We are looking to hire a Director of Legal to lead the legal function at Patch My PC and serve as a trusted advisor across all business units. Reporting to the CFO, this fully remote role is responsible for commercial contracts, employment law, data privacy, product compliance, and legal operations. You will partner with internal stakeholders, manage an internal paralegal, and coordinate with outside counsel when needed. This is a strategic, hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in high-growth or startup environments. As the primary legal advisor, you will review, draft, and negotiate contracts and support HR with employment law matters. You'll also advise on privacy laws, collaborate on regulatory considerations, and develop AI policy and governance.
