Head of Finance

At LearnLux, we build a product that can change someone's life, helping members achieve their personal financial goals. Reporting to the COO, the Head of Finance will be broadly responsible for traditional finance responsibilities, including accounting and reporting, financial operations, financial planning and analysis, and tax, in addition to other operational areas. You will work across all teams at LearnLux to ensure we’re constantly improving efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities include advising the CEO, COO, and Board on growth, financing, and operational excellence. Implement rigorous processes around real-time forecasting, reporting and analysis of key metrics, revenue operations, and vendor management. You will supervise and raise the level of the accounting and finance organization and core processes to ensure the integrity and timeliness of reporting on financial condition and results.
