We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our Engineering Productivity Team. Sitting at the crossroads of Flywire’s globally distributed engineering centres, this team’s mission is to continuously improve processes and tools to create an outstanding developer experience across Flywire. The Engineering Productivity team owns Victoria, Flywire’s internal PaaS ecosystem, which enables 300+ developers to design, build, test, deploy, and monitor applications. Your work will directly improve developer experience, ensure compliance with strict fintech standards (PCI, SOC II, HIPAA), and accelerate innovation across Flywire.
