Online Course & Marketing Support Virtual Assistant

Overview:

• This is a remote, part-time role for a Marketing VA to support an online course creator.
• The client is a coach, educator, and hypnotherapist building a new online business.
• You will work 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours after onboarding.

Scope of Services:

• Assist with remaining steps of the Create & Sell course, translating instructions into completed tasks.
• Upload and organize course content, maintain website pages, and update links and images.
• Create and schedule social media content, manage engagement, and support promotional activities.

Skills Required:

• Previous digital marketing and online-course creation experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in social media scheduling tools, Canva, and website platforms is required.
• Strong written English communication and organizational skills are essential.

Work Schedule:

• Contracted hours: 10 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday.
• Daily working time: 6:00 PM–8:00 PM NZDT or 11:00 AM–1:00 PM EST during onboarding, then flexible.
• All work is performed remotely with a focus on the client's time zone.
