CPT-11319 Course Platform & Community Operations Specialist

Overview:

• 20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide.
• This role supports a licensed mental health therapist and intimacy educator launching an online education platform.
• The primary focus is building, organizing, and maintaining courses within Circle.so using provided content.

Scope of Services:

• Build and organize courses with modules, lessons, and learning paths; upload and format all content.
• Configure course access, navigation, and permissions; maintain a clean learning experience.
• Perform quality assurance: proofread, test playback and links, resolve issues before launch.

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous experience with Circle.so is required; other course platforms a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple content assets.
• Preferred experience with Squarespace, ConvertKit, and digital content operations.

Terms of Engagement:

• Contracted hours: 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday, schedule TBD EST.
• Contractor operates under a Master Services Agreement; not an employee of 20four7VA or client.
• All compensation processed through 20four7VA; weekly payments offered.
