Website Virtual Assistant

What you'll do:

• Build and update client websites in our custom CMS, entering and formatting web copy without breaking layout.
• Add, remove, and rearrange site components (heroes, testimonials, forms, service blocks) and handle image editing.
• Install tracking (GTM containers, GA4 codes), perform basic Search Console checks, and test links, forms, and buttons across browsers and devices.

What we're looking for:

• CMS experience (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or Duda) and comfort with Canva, Photoshop, or GIMP.
• Basic on-page SEO awareness and a sharp eye for spacing, overlaps, and formatting inconsistencies.
• Comfortable with async work and task tracking tools (Jira, Asana, Trello), and knowing when to escalate versus fix independently.

Nice to have:

• Basic HTML/CSS reading comprehension and agency or web production background.
• Experience with healthcare or medical practice sites and an eye for design.

What success looks like:

• Consistent build quality at volume, scaling toward ~25 builds per month with a low error rate on QA.
• Steady pacing week over week, avoiding bursts followed by backlog.
