Senior UX Researcher

User experience is integral to Fleetio's culture and how we build products together. They are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join the growing research practice and help drive meaningful insights across product teams. In this role, you’ll report to the Director, Product Design, and collaborate with a Staff UX Researcher and a team of designers to deliver high-impact research that informs strategy and enhances product experiences. You’ll be empowered to lead end-to-end research initiatives and strengthen the way they build empathy across the organization. You will design and execute end-to-end studies using methods like interviews, usability testing, surveys, and ethnography to generate actionable insights that drive product decisions.
