Project Management:

  • Lead overall contract performance and serve as the Contractor's primary Government liaison.
  • Meet regularly with the COR to discuss project status and contract performance.
  • Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan and milestone schedule.

Staffing and Coordination:

  • Coordinate instructor staffing, personnel updates, and resume submissions for task orders.
  • Prepare progress and financial reports following each academic term.
  • Communicate project updates, staffing changes, and performance information with Government stakeholders.

Compliance and Quality:

  • Ensure compliance with all contract requirements and manage quality control.
  • Monitor contract deliverables, schedules, risks, and corrective actions to ensure successful execution.
  • Authorize actions on behalf of the Contractor on all contract matters and be available during normal Government business hours.
