- Lead and develop the team: coach the measurement analyst and establish operating model.
Commercial and Strategic Impact:
- Productize measurement: turn capabilities into scalable, revenue-generating services.
- Drive cross-functional influence: translate complex findings into compelling narratives.
- Balance speed and rigor: prioritize timely insights while improving measurement quality.
