Vice President, Developer Relations

The Vice President of Developer Relations will lead global efforts in building, nurturing, and empowering our game developer community. This involves owning the vision, strategy, and execution of all developer engagement activities across regions and platforms. The goal is to drive product adoption, satisfaction, and advocacy among game developers worldwide. Key responsibilities include defining and executing the global Developer Relations strategy, championing a developer-first mindset, and building a developer-centric flywheel. The role requires overseeing engagement with global game developer communities, acting as a senior advocate for the developer audience, and ensuring active participation in industry events. Duties also include leading the creation of high-quality technical content and driving lighthouse integration cases. Additionally, the VP will oversee regional strategies for Western, APAC, and Russia/CIS markets and manage a global team, focusing on talent development and tracking KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
