What You’ll Do:
- Build with impact: Design and evolve the Shreddit web platform’s architecture.
- Own the web stack: Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex initiatives for core web experiences.
- Collaborate broadly: Partner with feature teams, infrastructure, safety & security.
You Have:
- 6+ years software engineering experience, with experience in working cross-functionally.
- Deep experience with modern web platform engineering.
- A past track record of quality: Enabling testing culture, improving resiliency and tuning performance.
