Job Description

Accountabilities:

  • Administer compensation structures, job architecture, and equity plans.
  • Partner with HRBPs, managers, and recruiters to provide guidance and implement targeted compensation solutions.
  • Lead annual compensation cycles, bonus calculations, and equity grant processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant compensation experience, with strong equity administration knowledge preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS and stock administration platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to support compensation decisions.
