Accountabilities:

- Partner with HRBPs, managers, and recruiters to provide guidance and implement targeted compensation solutions.
- Lead annual compensation cycles, bonus calculations, and equity grant processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant compensation experience, with strong equity administration knowledge preferred.
- Experience with HRIS and stock administration platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to support compensation decisions.
