Managing Director, Environmental Consulting

The Role:

• Founder and lead Infinity's Environmental Consulting business unit.
• Shape the service offering, team, and tooling roadmap, with uncapped variable compensation and an equity grant.
• Serve as a senior practitioner with real client relationships and regulatory fluency.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the business unit end to end, including strategy, client relationships, quality, and financial performance.
• Originate and grow the book of business while standing behind the outcome as the single accountable point of contact.
• Direct tooling and shape the team to move research, field data capture, and report drafting into an AI-driven workflow.

What We're Looking For:

• Substantial hands-on experience in a specific environmental discipline with the technical credentials regulators require.
• An existing book of business or relationships to build one quickly, plus command of jurisdictional regulatory requirements.
• An entrepreneurial mindset energized by rebuilding the firm itself rather than selling software to existing firms.
