Product Evolution:
- Represent the customer in product evolution with a deep understanding of client priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
- Work closely with health plan customer counterparts in clinical, product, data, and finance areas to identify opportunities for algorithm improvement.
- Design and execute in collaboration with internal teams across the full lifecycle of model development, from problem definition to production launch.
Product Implementation and Client Success:
- Serve as the primary product partner, building strong trusted relationships to deliver consistent value and ensure smooth product rollout.
- Guide clients on how to act on identified risks to drive the best possible outcomes and strategize on optimal intervention modalities.
- Drive client conversations and own client relationships with the goal of exceeding client goals and developing scalable customer success processes.
Your Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years' experience in hands-on data science, machine learning, and AI-based product development within health plans, health systems, or similar organizations.
- 3+ years' experience leading analytic product development, implementation, or client transformation efforts with 2+ years in pharmacy/medical drug benefit management.
- Exceptional communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and familiarity with the digital health product landscape.
