Role Overview:
- Own strategy, administration, and operational excellence of enterprise AI platforms.
- Manage internal ChatGPT, Claude, and related AI environments.
- Support clients with platform standup, configuration, and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain governance standards for user provisioning, permissions, and security.
- Monitor platform utilization, licensing, and costs while optimizing business value.
- Partner with IT, Security, Legal, and AI leadership to establish scalable operating procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, or AI platform operations.
- Experience administering enterprise SaaS and identity management.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Location & Work Model:
- Full-time remote within the United States, with preference for NYC, Chicago, Houston/Dallas.
- Atlanta-based candidates may work from headquarters in Sandy Springs, GA.
