Product Manager, RPA and Connectors

Be at the forefront of expanding and shaping Camunda’s next generation of integration and automation capabilities. In this role, you will not only lead the evolution of Camunda’s Connector ecosystem, driving adoption and expanding coverage across enterprise systems but also take ownership of our newly launched Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities. Camunda RPA enables organizations to integrate legacy systems and tools that lack APIs into modern end-to-end processes. Built on the open-source Robot Framework, this extensible approach to RPA ensures that bots can seamlessly complement broader orchestration efforts, allowing teams to automate with flexibility today, while evolving toward scalable and maintainable architectures over time. This is a hands-on, highly technical product role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working directly with engineering and platform teams. You’ll help define and deliver the tools developers and automation experts need to build, deploy, and manage both connectors and bots across a wide range of technologies.
