Senior Director, Corporate Finance

Planning and Forecasting:

• Drive the Long-Range Planning process and lead discussions with the CFO and executive team.
• Own the annual operating plan and monthly reforecast processes, coordinating inputs from Business Finance.
• Own the planning calendar and the reporting standards, definitions, and timelines.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Lead the monthly management reporting cycle including executive narratives.
• Own the reporting templates and processes the CFO and executive team rely on.
• Provide corporate-level analysis of headcount, expenses, and revenue across the company.

Team:

• Lead and develop the Corporate Finance team, setting the bar for rigor, discipline, and communication quality.
• Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with the VP, Finance and the CFO on all things Corporate Finance.
