Commercial Loan Funder & Boarding Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the integrity of loan funding and bookings.
• Ensure loan processing is accurate and in accordance with internal guidelines.
• Verify closing documents are properly executed and collected before disbursing loan proceeds.

Tasks include:

• Assisting in the development of procedures and process guides.
• Managing service levels, workflow, and accuracy of daily metrics.
• Establishing tracking metrics for tax records and pending collateral documentation.

Skills needed:

• Advanced knowledge of commercial loan documentation and funding requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coach and mentor staff.
