Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and fix the highest-impact drop-offs in the current email and SMS lifecycle for families.
  • Relaunch nurture sequences with clear conversion targets and build a lifecycle and funnel dashboard.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Build, test, and iterate sequences across email and SMS, managing the lifecycle stack and its metrics.
  • Design and run outbound automation, reporting on connection-to-conversation rates and optimizations.

Collaboration & Measurement:

  • Partner across functions to optimize the full funnel and identify drop-offs to propose tests.
  • Stand up dashboards for lifecycle, funnel, and attribution, reporting weekly/monthly performance and insights.

Growth & Impact:

  • The role scales with the company and grows into the measurement function for the entire growth engine.
