Job Description

In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of key projects that support high-growth digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate product goals into structured execution plans that ensure alignment, clarity, and measurable impact. With a strong focus on efficiency and continuous improvement, you will drive workflows, refine processes, and maintain project visibility for all stakeholders.

Accountabilities:

Build clear and effective project plans that maximize team output and impact. Translate product objectives into actionable scopes, plans, schedules, and responsibilities. Lead cross-team initiatives by driving alignment, communication, and coordination. Manage deliverables from internal teams and external partners as needed. Support the roadmap through ticket creation, tracking, and workflow organization. Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and team scheduling. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, including process enhancements for ETA accuracy and quality. Provide accurate status updates and progress reports to stakeholders. Facilitate team ceremonies, meetings, and communication rituals. Support the resolution of production issues and maintain attention to detail across deliverables.
